Scotland - Dunkeld to St Andrews

As we walk around St Andrews we read many interesting stories associated with its historic places. For example, the initials on the pavement (top right photo) mark the spot where Patrick Hamilton became the first martyr of the Scottish Reformation when he was burned at the stake in 1528 for preaching Lutheran Doctrine. See our next Album 54 for more of Scotland as we leave the Kingdom of Fife and continue south towards Edinburgh.
